  • To ensure we have your specific date and requested treats available, we recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance. However, we know life happens! If you have a last -minute event, reach out and we will do our best to fit you in.

  • We are based in Canton, Ohio, and proudly serve all of Stark County (North Canton, Massillon, Jackson Township, Louisville, etc.). We are happy to travel further for an additional mileage fee of $0.67/mile.

  • Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. This allows us to begin ordering your custom balloon colors and crafting your event items. The final balance is due 7 days before your event.

  • Setup time varies by package. For our "Petite" or "Social" setups, we usually need 60–90 minutes. For larger "Grand Gala" or "I Do" suites, we may require 3+ hours. We will coordinate a specific arrival time with you or your venue.

  • Yes! However, please note that balloons are sensitive to heat and direct sunlight. In high temperatures, they may matte (lose their shine) or pop. We recommend shaded areas for outdoor setups whenever possible.

  •  For Face Painting or Glam Bars, we simply need a small table, two chairs, and a well-lit area (plus access to one power outlet if we are doing hair styling). We bring all professional-grade, FDA-compliant paints and supplies.

  • While we take extreme care, our treats are produced in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, and wheat. Please let us know of any severe allergies during your consultation so we can discuss the safest options for your guests.

  • Absolutely! Our "Pup-cakes" and dog biscuits are made with 100% dog-safe, human-grade ingredients like pumpkin, peanut butter, and oats. They contain no added sugars, salts, or artificial preservatives.

  • We understand that accidents happen! However, the client is responsible for the replacement cost of any lost or significantly damaged rental items (stands, backdrops, luxury chairs).

  • Standard packages include setup only. If you’d like us to return and handle the teardown, please add the "Cleanup Crew" service to your booking! It’s the best way to end your party stress-free.
